Go to the catalog on our website and browse the papier-mâché artworks you like.
Add items to your cart
When you find an item you like, click the “Add to basket” button on the product page or directly in the catalog.
The button will change to “In the basket”, confirming that the item has been added.
The cart icon at the top of the page (next to the logo) will display the number of items, for example “Basket (1)”.
Open your cart
Click the “Basket” icon at the top of the page or at the very bottom of the page to open a modal window with your cart contents.
Here you can:
- view all added items with their names and prices
- check the quantity of each item
- see the total cost of the items
Fill out the order form
Click the “Fill form” button in the cart modal. A form with three fields will open:
Your email – enter your email address. We will send your order confirmation and all further communication to this address.
Country – enter the country where the delivery is required (for example: Serbia, Germany, USA, etc.).
• Your message (optional) — add any additional comments, special requests, or questions related to your order. This field is optional.
Consent to communication
Check the box next to the statement:
“I agree that I am willing to receive an answer about the details of the order on the Email specified by me above.”
This consent is required so that we can contact you and clarify all order details.
Submit your order
Click the “Send order” button.
The form will be sent, and the modal window will close.
What happens after you submit your order
Once the form is submitted, the communication process between you and the shop begins.
Delivery details confirmation
We will contact you by email (from the claudiahimmel.art domain) within 24 hours to clarify:
- the full delivery address
- recipient contact details
- any special requests or preferences
Important: We do not store personal data on the website.
All communication takes place exclusively via email to ensure your privacy and security.
Shipping cost calculation
Shipping costs depend on:
- the destination country
- the number of items in the order
- the total weight of the parcel including packaging
We will send you the exact shipping cost and available delivery options in our reply email.
Confirmation and payment
After all details are agreed upon, we will send you:
- confirmation of the final total cost (items + shipping)
- payment details
- instructions for available payment methods
Payment is made only after all conditions are fully agreed upon and all required information is received from you.
Shipping and tracking
After payment is received, we will:
- prepare your order for shipment
- pack the items with special care
- ship the parcel using the selected delivery method
- immediately send you a tracking number for shipment tracking
Delivery timeframes
Delivery usually takes from 1 week after the parcel is shipped.
However, delivery times may vary depending on:
- postal and courier service operations
- customs processing (for international shipments)
- weather conditions
- service workload (especially during peak holiday periods)
During peak seasons (for example, December before Christmas), delivery may take longer.
The tracking number will allow you to monitor the shipment status in real time.
